What finally worked was my hubby using maternal acupressure on me. We sent our 2 oldest kids to my in-laws and spend the entire weekend just activating acupressure points. Some did nothing and 2 created some WILD contractions. (This is the book I used: http://www.naturallyinducelabor.com/guide) Monday at 11:59pm my waters broke. Less than 3 hours later, I was holding my daughter. It's not for everyone, but it's certainly less invasive than being medically induced. Good luck... I don't envy you, but it WILL be over SO soon!! I know an induction wasn't in your birth plan but you'll have birdie and do beautifully regardless of plan or method. Much love!
