I can’t wait to hear your loooooong A’s and O’s.

I came across your blog while googling “northfield minnesota doula,” and then clicked on it because of the “moving to northfield” title. And then I couldn’t resist leaving a note, just because our circumstances are so similar. My husband and I are moving to Northfield in July ’09 for me to take a one-year teaching job at Carleton. We’re both grad students in Chicago; I’m at the U of C and he’s at Northwestern. And we’re expecting our first baby in November (hence my googling for a doula in Northfield).

It might be nice to know some other new young Chicago-to-Northfield transplants with a new baby this year, so I thought I’d write, even if it’s a bit forward of me! We’ll be there starting in early July; if you’d like to get in touch at any point, please email!
